Call Center Representative

*We are looking for motivated, communicative and responsible female candidates to join our Call Center team.

Position: Call Center Representative

Starting Salary: €700 net

Working Hours: Two shifts

  • First shift
  • Second shift
  • Shifts rotate monthly
  • 6 working days per week

Location: Skopje, working from office

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls;
  • Communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Providing information about our products/services;
  • Assisting customers and resolving basic inquiries;
  • Following established call center procedures and standards;
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and records;
  • Achieving individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good spoken and written English;
  • Friendly and professional attitude;
  • Responsible and reliable approach to work;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
