Truck Recruiter — Join Magnum Freight

*Magnum Freight is looking for a motivated and experienced Truck Recruiter to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard CDL drivers and owner-operators;
  • Communicate with potential drivers and explain company opportunities;
  • Manage the hiring process from first contact to orientation;
  • Maintain driver recruiting pipelines and follow-ups;
  • Post job ads and source candidates through different platforms;
  • Build long-term relationships with drivers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in truck/driver recruiting;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken);
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Organized and goal-oriented;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with recruiting platforms and lead generation is a plus.
