Overview:

The Roadside Assistant provides real-time support to drivers experiencing mechanical or breakdown issues on the road. You’ll help coordinate repairs, communicate with vendors, and ensure drivers receive quick and efficient assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from drivers regarding truck or trailer issues;
  • Coordinate roadside repair services across the U.S.;
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email;
  • Record and track incidents in company systems;
  • Assist the Safety Department with related administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written);
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure;
  • Previous roadside or maintenance experience is a plus;
  • Flexible shift schedule.
