We are looking for a Personal assistant based in Veles, Macedonia to help extend the ability of the team.

Techcon is a research, development and design including manufacturing that builds bespoke and custom-built tools for a range of customer globally. We are looking for a personal assistant to help us in our growth and progress.  

Required experience:

  • Assistant to support the Director and company with day to day responsibilities.
  • The role is excitingly varied with the opportunity for the right person to be heavily involved in all areas of the business.
  • Attitude and mindset is the main component for this role, you should have the attitude that ‘no job is too small’ to help the company and the executives at all times.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Prioritizing the daily schedule for the Company Directors, listing reminders for daily calls and emails to be done
  • Personal assistant duties
  • Arranging internal and external meetings and following up with clients
  • Filter calls where necessary and arrange calls and meeting when required with potential customers
  • Monitor incoming enquiries and prioritise based on importance
  • Preparing and processing expenses/receipts
  • Producing documentation and research for projects when necessary
  • Organizing personal arrangements and private matters
  • General administration and Executive Assistant responsibilities
  • Ad-hoc and developing responsibilities

Personal Specification:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a PA is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and be a problem solver, not a problem moaner
  • Experience of remote working would be desirable as executives are in UK and Sweden
  • Ability to multitask and anticipate needs
  • Ability to be organized and efficient
